The Cat Manager is a Minor Antagonist who appeared only in Look Homeward, Foofur. as He and His fighters intended to take over Fencer's Alley. and despite Fencer defeating Tiny, the Manager is about to send out more of His fighters to deal with Fencer, who makes a run for it.
